whipped brandade with garlic bread and chives

shawarma sausage with crisp pita, pickled onions, cucumber, and smoked yogurt

squid and chorizo with fideo pasta, white beans, tomato, and squid ink aioli

butcher`s steak with blue cheese, charred leeks, anchovy butter, and crisp kale

slow roasted pork shoulder with roasted carrots, oil cured olives, cous cous, mint, and ricotta salata

chorizo-stuffed medjool dates with bacon and piquillo pepper-tomato sauce

wood oven paella with confit chicken, snail boudin, mussels, and tangerine aioli

raspberry-buttermilk panna cotta with lemon verbena cream and fresh raspberries

warm peach and black raspberry crumble with olive oil semifreddo
